Planning and Observing lists unified |
| Description |
Rather than having a separate Planning and Observing list, combine the two. This will make the app more efficient, and all fields can be displayed on both lists. |

Implemented. The two lists are now physically one, but still live on two tabs. All fields are visible on both lists and most Object menu commands should work on both tabs. |
